About The Lion Scarf
As you may or may not know Stitch and Bitch London began to knit gigantic scarves for all of the rather chilly-looking Trafalgar Square lions in late 2006. The scarves were knit to help raise money for Cancer Research UK and were presented to the Lions in at the Grand Lion Bescarfing on 20th MARCH at 11.30 am in Trafalgar Square

Part of this blog tells the world the Lion Scarf Tale and lets you know what is happening now in the Lion Scarf story.
Four lucky people will win a fantastically huge and fabulous 52-foot scarf to wrap around their armchair/tree/house/partner. The scarves can be used for anything at all, but the best use so far is that they make amazing little stool-type cushions to sit on. They look fabulous and are comfy all at the same time.

Later in the year we hope to be able to exhibit the Lion Scarf to the London public before it is sent to the winners of the Grand Lion Scarf Prize draw. Details of the exhibtion and the draw will be posted on this blog as soon as we have them.
